5 Febraury 2010 - Bournemouth Pumas lose to Parley A in indoor semi-final Bowling first and a fielder short, the Pumas struggled a little bit as the Parley batsmen ran really well between the wickets to post a score of 368. Josh Halderthay took 2 wickets for 55 from three overs, and bowler of the match Ben Spotswood conceded only 31 runs from his three overs.
The first batting pair started well, putting on 77 runs with batting man of the match Ben Jones 48 not out off 14 balls including 2 boundary 8s. He was brilliantly supported by Josh Halderthay, 11 not out of 4 balls. The middle pair struggled and only managed to add a net 9 runs, losing 5 wickets. This left the last pair with 85 to win, which was just too much. They put on a net 51 runs.
A special mention goes to Josh Halderthay for batting the whole winter without losing his wicket! A fantastic achievement.
Good Luck to Parley in the final!
